SHIPPING & TRACKING


How long does it take to ship?

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours and take between 5-10 days to be delivered. Please allow a few extra days as we are often very busy and there are also delays with international shipping which are beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number is not working, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

We will gladly replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Do you ship orders to my country?

We only ship to the United States.

Are all items in my order shipped together?

Products may be shipped separately to get to you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs duties, or because they are shipped from a separate distribution center.

Where are your products shipped from?

Most of our products are shipped from the USA. Only a few are shipped from Hungary.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, please do not contact us and be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us and we will be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted up to 30 days after the original order, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with the closest return address. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email with a refund confirmation.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with the closest return address. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email once your exchange order has been shipped.
